Each workshop, $15 per participant, includes all materials for 3 or more projects

.CHRISTMAS HOME DECOR(Nov30)-
a burlap wreath, a Names of Jesus garland, & centerpiece
.CHRISTMAS GIFTS I (Dec7)-
a beaded star ornament, a fabric-covered journal, & glass magnet set w/packaging

 .CHRISTMAS GIFTS II (Dec14)-
a pillowcase, a picture frame, & desktop post-it holder

*just a note- I have aimed to keep Christ as the focus for these Christmas workshops, so you won't find santa or snowmen-type projects :) I also tried to pick gift items that would easily work for an older child/adult, male or female, with varying skills levels considered!

Any questions or to register, email me tika_nicole@hotmail.com ☺ Space is limited!
***These are designed for ADULTS or a CHILD (8YRS+) W/ACCOMPANYING ADULT.***

(photos are to give you an idea of the project, based on what inspired me,
but colors/supplies may vary )

F.A.Q.s
Is it $15 for all 3 workshops or is each workshop $15?
Each workshop is $15 and we will do 3 projects each time. (If you sign up for all 3, it will cost $45 and you will make 9 projects for only $5 a piece!)

Do I get to do all 3 projects?
Yes! You will have the opportunity to make all 3 projects for each workshop you sign up for. We will begin at 3pm, but we will end when you are done or ready to be done. ☺ No hurry, no worry.

Do I have to do all 3 projects?
No, of course not, but the workshop price is still the same.

Do I have to sign up for all of the workshops or can I choose one or two?
Whatever works for you! I know this is a busy time of year, so if you can only do one- great! If you can do all 3- do that! If you need help deciding, email me and I'll help you figure it out.

JCHE Meeting Topic: DIFFERENT STYLES OF HOMESCHOOL EDUCATION

JCHE Meeting Topic: DIFFERENT STYLES OF HOMESCHOOL EDUCATION

The JCHE meeting nights are the 3rd MONDAY of each month. The meetings are at 7:00 p.m. at West Main Church of Christ in Medford (cross street Columbus, near Blackbird Store). Childcare will be available.

The September meeting will be held on Monday, September 17th at 7:00 p.m. at West Main Church of Christ. This year at the meetings we will be focusing of the practical aspects of home education.

For this first meeting, the topic will be a panel of moms sharing about different styles of homeschool education, such as Unit Studies, Textbooks, Online Curriculum, Unschooling, Eclectic, and Classical, with examples of each.

So if you have ever wondered what a Unit Study looks like, or what subjects are studied in Classical education, come on out on Monday evening!

For other months, we will focus on choosing books and curriculum in specific subjects, such as Language Arts, History, Science, and Math, with hands on examples and live reviews of what various families use in their home school.
We encourage you to attend and meet other home educators! There will also be a time for new home schoolers to meet with Don if you have any questions! For more information, contact Therese at 541-826-3560 or email therese@jchenews.org.
